Hodges, a 25+ year veteran of the contact centre and technology industries, will address the conference on Wednesday 20th November in KwaZulu-Natal, to present Best Practices in Contact Centre Operations. He will lead an interactive discussion about strategies for operational excellence, sharing customer experiences and the latest technologies for reaching more right party contacts, improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.
