JOHANNESBURG – June 02, 2014 – South African owned integrated solutions specialist and Noble Systems preferred local partner, Intuate Group, believes that one of the company’s recently launched offerings, Noble Web Interfacing Service (Noble WISE), can add flexibility to multichannel customer contact programmes. By using web services, Noble enables data exchange between applications to improve the customer experience, allowing faster response times to customer contacts and improving “speed to lead” for web centric sales organisations.
Noble WISE allows users to share information with third party applications via Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) based exchange and supports the ability to make a request for information from an external system and to receive data for customer records. For example, Noble can receive data from an enquiry on a web page and automatically enter a new calling record into an active list so it is called immediately. All associated customer information will be available to the agent during the call and all gathered information can then be sent back to any client database.
Noble WISE allows users to share information with third party applications via Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) based exchange and supports the ability to make a request for information from an external system and to receive data for customer records.
Noble WISE also allows the system to export data, to receive a request for information and send data from Noble to the third-party system, such as a client CRM or online order entry system.

Noble WISE, which is available for Noble’s premise and Noble Cloud configurations, can also be utilised with SSL communication and can be configured with an authentication key to enhance security.
